The AI RFP builder now reads your requirements document

Upload or link a requirements document and the AI builder uses its facts as context — proposing them for confirmation instead of asking you to repeat yourself.

Most buyers arrive with something already written: an internal requirements document, a board paper, a scoping note. Retyping it into a conversation is a poor use of anyone's time.

The AI RFP builder can now take that document — uploaded, or linked as a URL — and use it as factual context throughout the conversation.

How it behaves

  • Facts are proposed, not assumed. Anything read from the document is put to you for confirmation, always saying it came from the document, so a wrong extraction is easy to catch.
  • Nothing established is re-asked. If your document names your markets, the agents will not ask for them again.
  • Architecture stays a conversation. The document tells us what you are building. Which licence model, which card programme structure, which onboarding flow you should procure is reached through discussion with the reasoning shown — never presented as something your document decided.

What is deliberately not extracted

Licensing, regulatory and commercial conclusions are excluded from extraction entirely. A requirements document states what a buyer is building; it does not state which architecture they should buy, and treating it as if it did would produce confident, wrong requirements.

As with every AI feature on Finlane, nothing is submitted without you reviewing it.
