Roadmap
What we're building next
This is directional, not a set of commitments — items move, and some are dropped when we learn something. Dates appear only where we've actually committed to one.

Question banks for the newly opened categories
Nine provider categories are open for onboarding but only banking-as-a-service and card issuing have an authored capability questionnaire. Each remaining category needs its own — written with practitioners, not generated — so requirements and responses stay comparable outside the first two verticals.
Planned
- Providers
Show providers why they matched
Providers see a match score but not the reasoning behind it. Exposing which requirements drove the score — and which capability gaps cost them — turns the score into something a provider can act on rather than argue with.
- Buyers
Side-by-side response comparison
Today responses are reviewed one at a time. A comparison view across the coverage matrix would let a buyer scan every provider's answer to the same requirement in one row, which is the thing spreadsheets are still being used for.
Exploring
- Consultants
Consultant workspace across clients
Consultants can already work inside several client organisations. A cross-client view — deadlines, awaiting-response counts, threads needing a reply — would remove the account switching that scope-by-scope access currently forces.
- Buyers
Published RFP template library
A library of downloadable, category-specific RFP templates that work whether or not you run the process on Finlane. Useful on its own, and a much better starting point than a blank document.
- Buyers
Diligence pack export
One export containing the RFP, every response, the coverage matrices and the message history — the artefact procurement and legal ask for at the end of a selection, assembled automatically instead of by hand.
