Before you commit

What you see before you accept

Review the use case, geography, requirements, priorities, deadline and incumbent situation without seeing the buyer’s identity.

Accepting unlocks the company, contacts, files and links. Declining does not.

Why this RFP matched you

Matching starts with your approved categories. Fit then compares the brief with capabilities you confirmed and highlights gaps.

Improve fit by completing your profile, not by changing the brief.

How it works for you

  1. 01

    Complete onboarding

Add your company, website, coverage, licences, requested categories and supporting information, then submit the profile for admin review.

  2. 02

    Confirm capabilities

In Settings, record what you support by category and keep your documents and company details current. Your profile-strength view points to useful gaps.

  3. 03

    Review matched RFPs

Approved providers see admin-approved briefs in assigned categories, ranked using confirmed capability coverage where a score is available.

  4. 04

    Accept or decline

Assess the anonymised brief first. Accepting creates your response and unlocks the buyer's live company, contact, attachment and link details; declining does not.

  5. 05

    Draft and submit

Work through the structured response, autosave progress, add evidence and contacts, message the buyer, and review all AI-assisted fields before submitting.

What you get

One structured workspace

Confirmed capability profile

Category questionnaires capture supported, partially supported and unsupported areas. Matching uses saved capability evidence, not a generic company description.

See why an RFP fits

A fit indicator compares the brief with capabilities you confirmed in your profile and shows gaps worth reviewing.

Acceptance-gated identity

The buyer's identity and contact details are redacted until you accept. Declining an RFP never unlocks them.

Resumable response workspace

A multi-step response draft autosaves and reopens at the last step, with structured coverage, notes, files, links and contact details.

Capability-grounded AI draft

AI maps requirements to confirmed profile capabilities, fills only empty fields and leaves unsupported or unclear items for your review.

Private buyer conversation

After acceptance, use the RFP's message thread for clarification. Other providers cannot read the thread or your response.

A response built for the whole decision team.

Buyers and authorised consultants review the same submitted response, requirement coverage, evidence and conversation. You answer once in a consistent record rather than reformatting for each stakeholder.

Provider standards

What we expect from providers

  • Keep company, licence, category and capability information current
  • Use partial coverage and notes where delivery depends on a caveat
  • Review every AI-assisted field before submitting
  • Decline opportunities that are not a fit instead of forcing a response

Useful details

Frequently asked questions

What happens after onboarding?
Your submission enters admin review. Once approved and assigned to categories, you can see matching live RFPs and complete your capability profile.
How are opportunities prioritised?
Visibility starts with approved category matching. A weighted score then compares the RFP's want-to-have and optional requirements with your confirmed capability profile.
When do we see the buyer?
Only after accepting the RFP. The unlocked company and contact details are read from the buyer's current profile rather than an old copy in the brief.
What does the AI response draft do?
It maps requirements to your confirmed capability answers and proposes coverage in empty fields. It does not submit, overwrite completed answers or invent unsupported capability claims.
Can we save a response and return later?
Yes. Response drafts autosave and can be resumed before submission.
Who can read our response?
The buyer and any consultant with explicit access to that organisation, project or RFP. Other providers cannot read it.
